Constant Temperature CNC Workshop | Precision Machine Testing

This video introduces the Zhongyi CNC constant temperature workshop, where key stages of machine assembly, calibration, and testing are carried out under a strictly controlled 26°C environment. Maintaining a stable temperature helps eliminate thermal expansion effects and ensures higher precision during machine adjustment and testing.

Critical components such as ball screws, linear guides, and precision bearings are stored in constant temperature conditions before installation. THK ball screws and linear guides, along with NSK bearings, are carefully preserved to maintain their original precision and performance.

The ball screw and linear guide installation process is also performed under controlled temperature conditions to ensure optimal alignment and long-term stability. Major structural components are stored in the same environment to avoid deformation caused by temperature fluctuations.
